Including Minnesota, the Terps face off against iii consecutive preseason ranked Top 20 opponents. Later hosting the Gilt Gophers, Maryland travels to State Higher to take on No. 7 Penn Country. The following week, Maryland faces arguably their toughest challenge of the season hosting No. 2 Ohio State, completing a daunting opening 4 games of the flavour.
